| Past Chief Crouch is receiving the 2026 Service Beyond Service Award from the Vietnams Veterans Memorial Fund. He is one of only 48 nationwide to receive this award!
After his service in the Navy, Past Chief Crouch Held many positions with in the Fire Service, Volunteer Firefighter, Fire Officer, Fire Chief, Paid Firefighter, County Coordinator for Monroe County Fire Bureau, Incident Management instructor for the New York State Emergency Management Office, and many, many more positions within local, county, and state entities.
West Webster is very proud of Past Chief Kevin Crouch for all of his accomplishments and still continuing service for the Department, Town, County, and State.
