At 04:35, first arriving crews encountered heavy fire on the North side of the structure and declared a working fire. Multiple fire attack lines were deployed, and water was on the fire at 04:43. The fire was brought under control at approximately 04:54.
There were no residents or pets in the residence at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported to civilians or responders.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Monroe County Fire Bureau.
