On Saturday, November 28, 2015, members of the West Webster Fire Department came to the aid of one of their own. Firefighter John Bommele, a 39 year member of the department, who has been ill lately, saw his fellow firefighters come out to take care of his yard clean-up. Approximately 25 of John’s brother firefighters showed up at his house and made short work of the yard. From raking leaves; to trimming shrubs; to cleaning gutters. The Firehouse family came together for one of their own.
