At approximately 7:45 am a radio alarm was received by 1C142 who was on location of a vehicle into a building on Creek Street. Upon pulling up on scene 1C142 found a vehicle into the front of a brick building with significant damage to the building and a female passenger of the vehicle out complaining of knee pain. Due to the amount of damage to the exterior of the building the Penfield Fire Marshall was started to the scene as well as RG&E gas and electric crews to secure the utilities. Both occupants of the vehicle were evaluated by West Webster Ambulance but refused treatment and transport to the hospital. The fire department did make entry to the location to evaluate the damage to the interior of the structure since no contacts were able to be reached. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Monroe County Sheriffs Department.
