| At 04:35, first arriving crews encountered heavy fire on the North side of the structure and declared a working fire. Multiple fire attack lines were deployed, and water was on the fire at 04:43.
The fire was brought under control at approximately 04:54.
There were no residents or pets in the residence at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported to civilians or responders.
