At approximately 7:30 pm West Webster received a call for the fire retardant dumped in the parking lot of BJ's on Ridge Road. Command arrived on location and requested the fire marshal respond to the location and also declared a level 0 hazmat. Command made contact with the Monroe County hazmat team representative and the hazmat was terminated without incident.
