Applicants must be members of the Association, the son or daughter of a member or an active member of the West Webster Firematics Explorer Post. Applicants must be enrolled as a high school senior at the time of the application, have received their GED at time of application, or who will graduate from high school by June 2022, or are already enrolled in a college or university. The applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college, university or vocational school in the 2022-2023 school year. Applicants may not have previously won this scholarship.
