For our September Member of the Month, the Line and Civil Office would like to recognize Charlie Schreiber. Charlie has been a member of the association since 2000 and can be counted on to help out when needed.

Charlie has been an active member of the antique truck committee since 2004. Since this time, he has been instrumental to maintain the quality of the antique truck. Most recently, Charlie was faced with an issue with the antique due to the tires. Due to perseverance, Charlie was able to work with another department to utilize their antique truck tires in order to support a funeral detail for one of our members.

Over the last few months, Charlie constructed a casket guide rail system for the antique. This materials and supplies for this system was purchased out of Charlie’s own money.

Charlie is someone regularly goes above and beyond without prompting. The Line and Civil Office would like to recognize and congratulate Charlie Schreiber as this months Member of the Month.
