Quint 120:

2006 E-One 95’ Platform – E-One Cyclone 2 6 person cab

1750 GPM Pump/300 gallon tank/10kW Hydraulic Generator

Multiple preconnected hoselines

Standard Truck Company Equipment, including multiple saws and fans

Thermal Imaging Camera

EMS and rescue equipment

195 feet of ground ladders

This truck replaced the original 85’ LTI Platform ladder truck purchased in 1976.  That truck served the district for over 30 years.

120 is a multi-purpose firefighting vehicle.  Though its primary role is in firefighting, the truck is also used for non-firefighting rescues every year. Citizens often ask why the fire district needs a 95 foot tall ladder when there are no 95 foot tall buildings.  This is a valid question; The 95 foot height of the ladder translates into approximately 85 foot horizontal reach. This allows for the truck to be parked on the street and still be able to reach the 2 ½ and 3 story houses located throughout the district.
