At approximately 22:30 hours on Christmas Eve, West Webster was dispatched to assist the Point Pleasant Fire District with a multiple alarm fire at the Irondequoit DPW building. West Webster responded 2 pumpers and a ladder. In total, over 1 dozen departments responded to the scene or to back fill empty stations. The last West Webster unit returned to service just before 06:00 Christmas Morning.
